Time to choose to resume

I have difficulty using the mouse. Is there a way to get more time to choose to resume the video where I left off? Thanks!
I would like this too.
Is it possible to have more than 5 seconds to Restart Where You Left Off?
And if I miss the opportunity once, can I have it ask me again next time I start that video?
