Is VLC for Windows RT/ARM discontinued?

Hello,

I own a Surface 2 tablet (It has an ARM processor  ) and I had VLC for Windows 8 installed on it, until I had to reset it to factory settings last week due to a problem with an update.
I think I had installed VLC for windows 8 about 2 months ago or so..
Obviously, all my apps are now gone and I am reinstalling them...

However, I've noticed that VLC is no longer available for ARM chips, only x86 and x64.
Has the support been dropped for it? Or is it a bug with me?

Thanks! Hope this situation is normalised soon...

No, it is not. There is a technical issue on the store, and we are waiting for it to be fixed to repush it.

VLC for RT/ARM is now back in the Store, great!!!
I've just opened it and cannot write in the search or stream boxes. Seems that the characters are invisible.
Also the RT version seems to be broken as I cannot play streamed video, whereas the iOS and Android builds work fine
