With "ctrl + B" hotkeys the bookmark window is open,
Ii would like to know if there are a hotkey combination in order to add a bookmark in a certain time of video.

Yeah, apparently not. This is a much needed feature. The ctrl+F1 hotkeys don't work. It's really tedious to use the "custom bookmarks" menu. There should be buttons for "create quick bookmark" and "go to quick bookmark". The hotkeys should have the "custom bookmarks" functionality too.
