Streaming RTP bug

Hello,
I've installed latest windows version 2.2.1 on windows 7, 64 bit.
And noticed that udp streaming works find, while rtp is buggy and bad.
Trying to work with older versions, I did succeed, but some old version works ok with RTP and fails with UDP..
I eventually installed 2.2.1 for 32 bit instead of 64 bits, and now both work fine !
I think there is some bug with rtp streaming on vls 2.2.1 64 bit.
