ts error: libdvbpsi (misc PSI): Bad CRC_32 table

Hello,

I want to ask for help with streaming the following sample file

It is mpeg-ts format file.
I am trying to stream the file as-is (without transcoding) udp(legacy), without transcoding (I unchecked "activate transcoding" ,which I guess restsults in streaming the mpeg-ts given format as-is, right ?) . I work with latest vlc release (2.2.1)
I get the following error message right at the start, and can't see the stream
"ts error: libdvbpsi (misc PSI): Bad CRC_32 table 0x81 !!!"
The strange thing is that if I first stream some other sample source I find from web, and only later try to stream my file, I do succeed so stream it.
