Hi.
I use this player for studying. I have the two windows side by side - one with the video file, second - with the virtual machine window, where I make the something what I learn. In most cases I use the terminal window, where I typing some commands like "show Int" etc. Very often I forgot to switch from the player window to VM's window, and when I start to text typing, the player is responds accordingly. I tried to disable the hot keys, but I can't see the setting for S letter setting.
Is it possible to disable the hot keys at all? Is it possible to do it by one button or something like that?
Is it possible to left the spacebar enabled for pausing?
Thanks.

You can change the hotkeys settings via Tools->Preferences->Hotkeys settings. But this has to be done one hotkey at a time, and it's permanent.
As far as I know, there's no way to disable all hotkeys temporarily.

Thanks. I already disabled almost all hot keys, but I don't know, how to disable the S key, which is the equivalent of pressing the "Stop" button. How to disable it?

When I'm in the list of hotkeys I can double-click 'Stop', then click Unset. After a restart, I can press s during a video and it won't stop. So it works for me. This is in VLC 2.2.1 for Windows.

Sorry, it's all working. It was my inattention. :) Thanks. I don't understand why it's not working before that. My be because I didn't restart the player.
