Left/Right Balance, or way to toggle between channels?

Is there a way (with advanced config options) to add a way to bind a key to go from left channel only to right channel only?

So I can push a button to play only the right channel, another button to play only the left channel and a third to play both channels in stereo as normal.

What I mean is to play one channel through one speaker only (not playing the left channel for example through both speakers as a mono signal (as in the "audio > stereo mode" menu))

If not does anyone know a media player that plays flac where I can do this?

In Preferences, you have the option to customize Hotkeys.

It may be possible to customize Hotkeys so that you can toggle back and forth between channels.

Unfortunately I looked at already and there is no action for balance. or cycle channels.
