VLC compatibility with Tuner Cards

I checked the wiki and I wanted to know if the following tuner card is supported by VLC. If not, what are some good suggestions. I want to stream digital tv to my computers.

Hi there, I apologize, but I have not purchased a card yet. I am looking into purchasing one, but wanted to be conscious on what is compatible and will work with receiving video and audio.
The compatibility list that is in the wiki looks like it has not been updated in years.

So any suggestions? What would the best card to get be if this one is not compatible?
I just want to stream live TV to my computer using a tuner card.
