Ok... since those don't work, and you're using windows 7 (this also applies to windows 8, and 8.1)
Open a command prompt as admin, and run the command "sfc /scannow" without the quotes. Also run chkdsk on all drives with the /r switch. this will run 5 stages, instead of the normal 3, which includes a full surface scan of the drives..
if the files are downloaded, or moved from an unrecognized computer, your computer may be blocking the files. Right click the files and choose properties, then click the unblock button (if it appears)
You may also need to check your video, and sound card drivers to ensure they are up to date, as well as make sure you have all available windows updates.
