VLC Aspect Ratio Problems

When video is playing at 16:10 the interface is no longer displayed along with the right click menu. It appears as though it is forcing itself on top of other windows (Such as 'Always on-top" option.
This only happens on my primary monitor (Tertiary monitors are unaffected) with a default aspect ratio of !6:10 (1920x1200) and only at 16:10 aspect ratio (Other aspect ratios are fine). Using VLC 2.1.5.
