Anchorman 2 blu ray

Does this movie just not work on VLC player? I followed the instructions on http://vlc-bluray.whoknowsmy.name/ and when I try to play it, it just says

Blu-Ray error:
Your system AACS decoding library does not work. Missing keys?
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'bluray:///F:/'. Check the log for details.

Am I doing something wrong or is there some other keys file to download or will it just not work?

Well this forum seems pretty dead but if anyone is wondering what fixed it, you have to get DVDFab Passkey lite. It allows you to watch Blu ray on VLC but not rip it.
