My video is being cropped out. It looks like it is zoomed into the top left corner of the video. If I go to the zoom menu, it shows the whole frame. If I take a snapshot, it takes the whole frame. If I restart the computer, it fixes it for a while. I have my display setting at 150% because my computer is hooked up to my tv.

Any help would be really appreciated.

I think I found the solution. I had "disable scaling on high DPI settings" enabled. I unchecked it, and it seems to fix it. I do not understand how restarting fixed it before.
