Click video and drag?

Is there a setting that I could change or maybe some workaround in order to be able to click the video itself(not the title bar) and drag it?
I wanna run a minimal or non-existent GUI for some videos and that's why I wanna do it.
Best thing I can do now is to use --qt-minimal-view which looks better than default for my uses but I want to go one step above.

looks perfect for what I wanna do but I can't drag the video then. I know I can pre-set the video size and position with --video-x/y and --width/height but I was hoping it's possible to drag it.
I'd appreciate any input on this.

Yes, it would be better if I would be able to drag it where I want it to be. For now I'm running --qt-minimal-view until I find a better solution.

Use "KDE Mover-Sizer for Windows"
With this program, the video window can be moved with the mouse button when the Alt key is pressed.
