okay so i finally decided give vlc a shot cause i know its all in one. I would like to use this program but I'm having these two issues that are bugging me when i play a video and i use the seek bar. the video would be all blocky and what not. also some of my mkv files when i seek the sound lags is their anyway to fix these settings Ive Google tons of things and nothing works.

Tools > Preferences > Input / Codecs > Hardware-accelerated decoding: set to Disable.
