Easiest way would be to use YAMB+MP4Box for demuxing the streams and then, using the same tools, to remux to a new MP4 file with the new audio.

Be careful with this Yamb-2.1.0.0_beta2_setup.exe.
First read comments here: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/YAMB
I suggest do not install, just unpack (7-Zip) and use.

Oops ! already installed.
Downloaded from here: http://www.videohelp.com/download/Yamb-1.6.exe
I don't see it in 'add or remove' list .
So I moved it to DeskTop Folder.
