VLC plays videos in Mirror-Image

win7 x64 : vlc 2.1.2
My VLC plays videos in Mirror-Image .
The same file opens correctly in winMediaPlayer and others .
How can I get it to play regular not mirror ?
Is this info stored somewhere ?
