The new DASH videos I am downloading from YouTube with Complete YouTube Saver would not play and so I updated VLC and the video plays but the audio doesn't.
I did a test with Complete YouTube Saver and downloaded "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrUvu1mlWco" as 720p (MP4) which was the old video and was 60.34MB and the new video at 720p (MP4V DASH) which was 40.2MB and noticed a 20 MB difference in the file sizes which makes me think that the audio is not being saved with Complete YouTube Saver or maybe it is and it just wont play and I have no way of knowing if the audio is actually there or not.
