0.8.2 crashes with Hauppauge- BT878 TV- card

Postby FrankW » 13 Aug 2005 14:39

If I try to open my Hauppauge WinTV card via "Open Capture Device", VLC crashes with an unhandled exception in "vlc.exe (NTDLL.exe): 0xc0000005: Access Violation" :cry:

My parameters:
dshow:// :dshow-vdev="Hauppauge WinTV Capture" :dshow-adev="none" :dshow-size="" :no-dshow-config :no-dshow-tuner

The caller stack:

NTDLL! 77f48267()
MSVCRT! 77bfac14()
MSVCRT! 77bfac2a()
DXMASF! 0578d1cb()
DXMASF! 0578b30f()
OLE32! 4fefdb69()
OLE32! 4fefc50f()
OLE32! 4fefdc0b()
OLE32! 4fefd9ee()
OLE32! 4fefd529()
OLE32! 4fefd4e0()

OLE32! 4fefc50f()
OLE32! 4fefc30d()
OLE32! 4fefc50f()
OLE32! 4fefc45f()

I'm using Windows XP, SP1, DirectX v9.0c and the newest Hauppauge Drivers.

Any idea ?
