Windows 7 pixelated screen

Windows 7 trying to play a HD video from a harddrive, works on my Vista comp but not my windows 7 any help, any other players i could try (that can handle downloaded anime with subs)


any help?

Try disabling overlay or changing the video output module:

did not work =( i also try turning acceleration back on/off and then opengl that helped but still din't work, chaning acceleration made it worst

Are you graphics drivers up to date etc.? Does OpenGL (with overlay/acceleration enabled) improve it or is it about the same?

yea, openGL and Directx look about the same and improve, it is still laggy but it is better (yet still unwatchable)
