2.0.8 still has same multimonitor bug as 2.0.5-2.0.7

2.0.4 and earlier would correctly remember which monitor vlc was last opened on when vlc is maximized, 2.0.5 and later forget.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Do a clean install of 2.0.0 or later.
2) The first time the vlc window appears, move it to monitor 2.
3) Maximize the vlc window.
3) Exit vlc.
4) Run vlc again.
5) Under 2.0.0 to 2.0.4 the vlc window will now correctly appear on monitor 2. Under 2.0.5 and later, the vlc window will now incorrectly appear on monitor 1.

Running Windows 7 Pro 64 with 2 identical monitors for monitors 1 and 2.

The bug was briefly fixed in at least one of the nightly builds for 2.0.6, vlc-2.0.6-win32-2013-01-11, but the bug was put back in for the official releases of 2.0.6, 2.0.7, and 2.0.8.

I just checked vlc-2.1.0-pre2-win32, and it has the same bug.

Yes, because the bug is in the Qt4 version used.
