m3u dreambox streams not working

the last working version was vlc-2.2.0-git-20130721-1743.
every 2.2 since refuses to open a stream.
the m3u files look like this
#EXTM3U
#EXTVLCOPT--http-reconnect=true
http://192.168.10.252:8001/1:0:1:2774:7 ... 0:0:0::ITV
