How to add extensions to portable VLC ?

Recently I added the vlsub extension ( https://github.com/exebetche/vlsub/ ) to my portable VLC 2.0.7 in \lua\extensions folder.
VLC doesn't load the extension.
Any solution ?

VLC portable is not done by us. Ask them.
