VLC cannot set the DVD's title.??????????

Hi guys,
Can someone please help me since I just bought an Artisan DVD with Madonna that is called "Truth Or Dare" and when I Am going to watch it with VLC it says this: VLC cannot set the DVD's title. It possibly cannot decrypt the entire disc. VLC could not open MRL:en "dvd:///L:/Madonna.Truth.Or.Dare.1991.NTSC.DVD5/VIDEO_TS/". Does anybody knows how to fix this?

I went to cumputer and opened the dvd directly on my DVD-R in windows.

I can open it directly with Windows Media Player on my computer but not with VLC. I hope so much that it can work to open with VLC as well

It is working to open my other DVDs the same way with VLC but not with this one

For testing purposes, can you rename the main folder with only one word, say Madonna, without any spaces or dots ? Then try again.
And this L: drive, is it a local drive or a network/mounted drive ?

I am amazed at the back and forth messages with no solution. That's gotta be a waist of time.
