Help with 720p 1080p videos on a triple monitor setup

Hey guys,

I figured how to do aspect ratio and crop ratio for 2 monitors on m 2560 x 1600 monitor. However, when I play a 1080p or 720p(1278x720) I have a problem setting the right custom aspect/crop ratio so that people dont look like midgets.

My resolution on 3 monitors is 7680x1600 & 8050x1600 with bezel correction. I read I should change it to 7680x1440 but still people look squished. What is the proper way to set it up so I dont lose too much vertical but keeps people together so they look normal and not squished? Really that happy medium.
