MPEG4s on WinCE

Postby Guest » 03 Aug 2005 09:52

Hi All,

I need to play the ASF stream containing the MPEG4s video and G.726 audio on the custom WinCE 5.0 device (Cirrus Logic processor, ARM4i compatible). The WinCE 5.0 build is custom and resources are limited so adding each additional component is a big concern. I don't need any other format playback on the device.

VLC seems to be a perfect solution for this. I would extremely appreciate the suggestions regarding the minimum set of VLC components I need to build as well as any personal experience/recommendations on building/using VLC in WinCE environment.

Thank you very much in advance!

Eugene
