Select mov files won't play audio.

First off, this is a great program. I was finally able to get away from QuickTime to play .mov files. Unfortunately, I've run into a small problem. The audio on a few .mov files won't play. I've tried switching the audio track (from "Disable" to "Track 1"), but that doesn't do anything. What can I do to alleviate this problem?

I can't edit my post, but I just discovered the Messages window. This is the message that displays when I attempt to switch it to Track 1:
