VLC 2.06 64Bit Play not PCM Audio

Im Play the AVCHD 1920*1080_50P with PCM Audio, no Audio. Panasonic AG-AC160EJ.

That's an interesting sample. VLC, just like Arcsoft, is detecting the PCM stream as an MPEG-2 section but FFPlay is playing it properly:
