VLC 2.0.5 crashed in Windows 7 Ultimate

VLC 2.0.5 Twoflower (run on Windows 7 Ultimate) crashed when start playing a MKV file after done with playing a VOB file (and vice versa).
Any help/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Any mkv and any vob file?
