hey after a few hours of streaming the vbv maxrate goes over its limit by an extra 1k stream i put the bitrate to 1.4k limit
any ideas why it keeps going over the limit after some time?

version 2.0.5

max rate is 1400
and buffer is 2500

x264 settings all at default with uhm

stream is from the dreambox

cpu lev is around 18 percent i7 overclocked to 4.4ghz

right have used many version i know when it happens now my tv reception is not really that great when you it gets windy the channel picture will corrupt
and when that does i check vlc sending and it double the maxrate limit right after it happens

is there any way to counter this ? its not like its doing it all the time its like every few hours
