Problem Playing Thor DVD

Can anyone help I can't play my Thor DVD on my laptop, the disc just spins in the drive and never loads. I read that turning off dvd menus OR opening VIDEO_TS directly can help but non of those worked for me. Is there anything else I can do?

Yep, all the "Avengers" series - "The Avengers", "Thor", "Captain America", "Iron Man" - gives problems playing.
