VLC player is closing if i open WoW

Since i have a new Graphic card, VLC player is automatic closing when i Tab into World of Warcraft.

I tested it with oder players and movie formats, and there were no problems. Only VLC Player is Buggy/broken.
I already reinstalled VLC 64bit Version but the problem is still there.

With my old Graphic card i never had such problems, this is my new Graphic card --> nVidia GTX660 ( ASUS GTX660-DC2 Series )
My sys works with W7 64bit.( i do not know if this is important for you )

Im really sorry for my bad English, but i hope you can help my. Maybee i just ned to chance some options in VLC.

Go in tools->preferences and Change your video output to OpenGL save and restart VLC.
