With VLC 2.0.4 and 2.0.5 in Windows 7 64 bit, I run a video in Wallpaper mode by checking off 'Set as Wallpaper'; and to make the Desktop icons show, I also need to select DirectX output in Preferences > Video.
Printscreen and Fraps screenshots do not work as a result of the DirectX choice. I imagine any other capture utility will have the same result.
Any solution to this?
