VLC 2.1 nightly does not have capture card list

Hello everyone,
I just downloaded VLC 2.1 (from nightly builds) and when I go to FILE > OPEN (Capture Tab) I do not see the capture card dropdown anymore.
Has this been removed from version 2.1 or placed somewhere else? I have an Osprey 460e that works fine with VLC up to 2.0.5.
