Customized buttons in Toolbar

Hi folks,
I was searching a lot but for my isssue but all what I could find was the "customize interface" menu. But this doesn't give me the options I need.
I would like to have a Button slower (fine), faster (fine) and normal speed, but so far only faster and slower are possible.
The point is, that I have several Audio files for my language class self-studying exercises, and for a "not user friendly" language as French is, I would to like to slow down the speed only for bit from time to time.
I've already tried short-cuts but I'm not that happy with that solution.
