Twoflower 2.0.2 Track number colum still not fixed

Ever since I upgraded to Twoflower, when I set the track number column in the playlist to show, in gets unchecked when I restart the computer. This started happening in v2.0.1, and is still an issue in v2.0.2. I've tried reinstalling VLC it but it made no difference. I'm not having this issue with any of my other software on the computer. It's not the end of the world, but kind of annoying to have to keep adding the track list column each day.

Thank you.

Win XP Pro Spk3

Thanks for confirming that Jean. But it's still not working for me and to update this topic. I just reinstalled Windows XP pro, updated it and still VLC is not remembering my track number column. I'm also now using the latest 2.0.3.
Every time I start vlc up, there is no track number column, I have to keep adding it back. Very annoying. What would cause something like this? nothing else on my computer has this issue but VLC.

Delete %appdata%/vlc folder

Delete %appdata%/vlc folder
Thanks Jean
hmm, that looks like it might have worked. I'm not sure why this would happen with a new install of windows, but if that's all I have to do, that will work for me
I'll keep an eye on it and see if it holds. So far the list was loaded when I turned my PC today and started VLC. So far so good!

Thanks for the tip!

Sorry to update this again Jean with a negative result, after I stated my computer today the play list was not there again. Deleting the appdata folder didn't do the trick. And this is XP, not Win7 by the way. Also, Restarting the computer is not the only thing that causes this to happen, i..e., as I'm typing this message I just closed VLC and re-opened it and the track list is gone again.

So everyday I have to right click the menu bar and add it. It then shows up all the way on the right side. This is really unfortunate when it's an issue no one else is having.
I give up on this at this point. All I can say is, no other programs on my system have this issue. And this is a clean install of Xp pro Spk3. None of this started happening till I moved to Two flower and I always do a clean install when upgrading VLC. Either something is wrong with my windows, or it's a bug.

Anyway, thanks for the help. If I'm the only one having this issue, it will probably never get resolved since I'm not a programmer.
Again, do appreciate you response on this Jean. It's not a big deal, I can live with it.

OK, delete %appdata%/vlc/vlc-qt-interface.ini file

Interesting, I've been keeping an eye on this, and so far the ini seems to have possibly fixed this.
Everyday for a week straight when I start the computer the track list IS NOW there. Thank you for the tip Jean! :P

p.s. although I still have to admit I'm perplexed by all this because this is a clean install of XP pro so I can't think of why this had to be done.
But since deleting the ini seems to be working, what do you think this indicates as a possible cause in my OS? note, this was the only application on the system experiencing this issue.

No clue, to be honest. Maybe a bug in our codebase
