How do I flip a video 180 degrees?

I converted a Quicktime video to watch on VLC and it is upside down. How do I flip it so it is right side up?
Go to the "extended" settings panel it's the 4th button from the right with 3 vertical lines like equaliser sliders, "Video effects", "Geometry", "Transform".
