How to change steps of loudness of the mouse wheel?

How can I set different changes of loudness for the mouse wheel? E.g. a move of the wheel shall increase / decrease the loudness with 3, 1 or 10 %.

go to tools on menu bar
tools --> preferences --> choose advanced options on bottom left side -->select audio --> on right side select ur desired
audio volume step . thats it .
