VLC does not work with Visual Basic

Hi from Russia!
Sorry for my english but I want to solve this problem...
When VLC library adding to VB all work and no problems, but (!)
if insert source path into "Properties" object window.
But if create command button with command "VLCPlugin1.MRL =
"source path"" never happens... Some object commands will work,
example "play" or "stop" from VLC object good work from other
elements. What's wrong? Thank you for help and sorry for my bad
english...
