Audio slider is not working.

The audio slider is not working in vlc 2.1 20120517. Use XP SP3....
i can't mute it either....
In 20120515 everything is fine.... So in the latest i can't change volume.

I tried 2.1 0616. It's working only partially. Effectively it could go above 100% of sound volume (just visually on the slider). I don't know that is it because doesn't apply the sound effects main slider or something else.... but i experineced this problem. The last audio handling which worked fine for me was 2.1 0515.
