I really tried, but the ticket has been closed again, and I got a warning as if I had reopened the ticket without justification. I did give an explanation, but that was removed and also my question for an explanation why. Maybe I do not have enough knowledge and did something wrong, but than just tell me. I really did my best, but no further. I hope you understand I give up. Thanks to this forum for helping trying to find a solution.

I understand you very well. I feel the same.
The VideoLAN team is doing an excellent job, but the problems of the user are not important.

Important to say: although I do not understand why I'm being treated this way, I am very grateful for VLC and allthe work that the team put into it! It is precisely for this reason that I have tried to report this problem.
