hi,

running JVLC as applet is something like not possible because, JVM is platform independent but JVLC is not, that means you need deferent package for every platform.
there is a solution if you like to build the applet for every platform and to load the specific applet for the client platform.

even though, you will face many problem to do that, because JVLC is not stable at all in windows, JVLC in windows still infant version. not stable.

even you, if you try to compile stable on of JVLC in windows, then you will face the size of applet, it will be more than 10m.

I am sorry, but this is the facts. :(

by the way, I am looking for what you are looking?

Regards,
Ahmad
