svn 0.9 and new ffmpeg

Postby frenchy82 » 15 Jan 2007 13:28

Hello,

First of all i'd like to thank all the people in the videolan irc for the help they give.

I've well understood that vlc will read vp61 stream whan the nightlie will be rebuild whith the last svn of ffmpeg

But i have just a question about this : is there a way to know if the nightlie is ok with this codec without download it every day?

Thanks for your help

Ps : I'm really sorry for my poor english :(

Thank you j-b for your answer

But ... i've tried whith the last nightlie (trunk-20070117-0000), and i have still the same message "no available codec ... for fourcc 'VP61')

Maybe i have something to do on my computer?

Thanks for your help

Hmmm... Yes, for Windows, we need to update FFMPEG contrib first... Sorry, I was wrong... I'll ask xtophe to do it.
