Two VLC folders after upgrading

Postby adiuma » 24 Dec 2006 04:31

I was going over my Program Files folder and noticed that I have two VLC folders. There's one titled VideoLAN and one titled vlc-0.8.4a. I want to get rid of vlc-0.8.4a BUT there is NO uninstall for it! What do I do? There is an uninstall for 0.8.5 but obviously I don't want to get rid of it. What are my options to delete the old version?

Try in you COntrolpanel, add/remove programs.

if not,
Delete the folder ! VLC installs himself almost only in this folder, and the Registry keys have been rewritted by 0.8.5...

Btw, 0.8.6 is out !!
