Some commands were added. Output encoding problems were also fixed. What kind of issues do you have ?

RC interface module didn't respond most of the cmds.

RC interface module didn't respond to most of the cmds.
But the latest version 0.9.0 20060919 was fixed. It's now working again. There is still one issue with the play list. When sending 'add' cmd with a non English filename (unicode) to VLC, it does not accept. The same filename It work fine if using the Manage->Simple Add File under playlist screen.

I also tested the new cmds vratio, vcrop and vzoom , they seem work
alright.

The 'Add' and 'Marquee' cmds in RC interface doesn't work

Postby vlcrcuser » 28 Oct 2006 17:06

When sending the 'Add' or 'Marquee' cmd in RC interface with a non english filename (unicode) , The VLC doesn't work. The same filename work fine if it's added from the Playlist.

My Os: windowXP SP2
Test Version: VLC 0.8.6 test1 20061028

Great Player ! :D
