vlc can t open mov files

hello i have a problem with vlc , i can t open video mov files
how can i ???

just mov files , video mov from my nikon coolpix 5900

avi files from casio it s ok

Strange...,

.mov files play fine with VLC for me.

It's that motion JPEG video codec that causes problems on Windows and Mac computers.
