Why there's no .exe installer for the latest Win32 builds?

The last install version was 10 May. There is probably a problem with that section at the moment.
If you need an installer you can use any recent version erase the VLC directory and unpack the zip or 7z into a new VLC directory. If you are using the activex control copy it out of the activex directory into the main VLC folder so that Windows can find it.
