vlc playlist misses most entries - like network

playlist does not shoe network, devices and other stuff:



what i tried to fix: reset all preferences
reinstall and clearing all settings and cach on uninstall

version was 3.0.20 after reinstall 3.0.21

how to fix - mainly i need upnp (play dlna)

after open messages i set do level 2 (debug) then i opened playlist and this are the log messages appearing:


main debug: looking for services probe module matching "any": 7 candidates
main debug: no services probe modules matched
qt debug: Sorting by column -1, order 0
qt debug: Sorting by column -1, order 0

Reset the preferences and cache (the manual way) and try again:

as i said in my first post - i already reset every thing and then on reinstall i also choose to celar all settings and cache. On other machines i do not have this problem.

Then something has changed or you have a problem on your network configuration. Check everything settings, especially firewall settings.
