I could really use a little help! I’ve got two identical 4K monitors set up on Windows, both with the same 150% scaling, but I’m having some trouble. The buttons in VLC are pretty small, and the playlist font is even smaller, which makes things a bit tricky.
I tried tweaking the QT settings in the system environment variables, which did make the buttons bigger, but then I ran into a problem: when I drag the VLC window from one screen to the other, the buttons shrink down even more, and the playlist font gets ridiculously tiny—like 2 pixels!
I decided to remove those settings and give a 4K skin (kio, the only one I could find) a shot, but that didn’t go well either. The menu buttons disappeared, and I couldn’t even drag the window around.
So, here I am, feeling a bit stuck. If anyone has an idea on how to easily get bigger buttons and a larger playlist font in VLC on Windows, I would be forever grateful! You’d totally be my hero of the day. Thanks so much!
