On the latest version 3.21, people on Reddit from r/WindowsXP have been reporting issues with the latest version using wcscat_s attribute, which is not compatible with Windows XP. The version 3.11 works according to comments of this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/windowsxp/comm ... ng_to_fix/
Does that mean VLC have dropped support for Windows XP?
