On my 14" 1920*1200 150% scaled computer, the button size in the VLC window is small. If you right-click on the VLC icon, click Properties, Compatibility, change the high DPI setting, and select System (Enhanced), the size of the buttons on the VLC interface is normal, but the buttons and fonts are blurred.
One solution is to enable the SVG (Vector Image) button, as LibreOffice does, and adapt it to high-resolution screens and non-100% scaled screens. After this, the fonts and buttons can be made clear.
The default Chinese font in VLC is very unclear, and I hope to change it to a free Chinese black font, for example: Noto Sans.
VLC has problems rendering Chinese fonts at 150% scaling.

I think the default Chinese font used by VLC is the default Chinese font of your system, so you may want to change it.
